Lynn Wade

Lynn Wade, age 67, passed away peacefully at her home in Panama City, FL, on Friday, January 15, 2010, surrounded by her loving family after a lengthy illness.\ \ Services will be held at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram, MS, Tuesday, January 19, 2010, at 2:00 with visitation from noon until 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Lakewood Cemetery.\ \ Lynn was born on June 13, 1943 to Travis and Martha Griffis of Yazoo City, MS. Her family moved to the Jackson/Clinton area when she was in the third grade and she graduated from Clinton High School in 1966. She later moved to Florida where she lived until her death. Lynn loved spending time with her family and taking care of her beloved dog, Koko. For much of her adult life she battled serious illnesses but always faced those times with courage and faith.\ \ She is survived by her husband, Gene Wade; daughter, Donna McChesney Collins (Michale); son, Michael McChesney; stepdaughter, Myra Hammond; stepson, Phillip Wade (Denise); sister,
