Mrs. Malory Baecher

Mrs. Florence Malory Baecher, 93, of Brandon went to be with her Lord Wednesday June 29, 2016. Visitation is 9am Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Funeral service is 10am Saturday at the chapel with interment to follow in Lakewood Memorial Park. Mrs. Baecher was the daughter of the late, Joseph and Zilphia Stevens Whittington and a longtime resident of South Jackson. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, and a former kindergarten teacher at McDowell Road Baptist Church. A loving wife, mother and grandmother she will be missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Baecher was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Joseph Baecher, and her daughter, Gloria McCoy. She leaves behind daughter Cheryl Miller and husband Jimmy of Brandon, grandchildren, Chad Miller, Lauren Adams, Lindsey Cauthen, Ken McCoy and Amy Runyan, 10 great grandchildren, brother in law, Gerald Baecher, and a number of nieces and nephews.
