Mamie Lou Welch

Mamie Lou Welch, 84, died at her residence Friday, June 5, 2009. Visitation will be 2-3pm Sunday June 7, 2009 prior to the 3pm service at Harrisville Baptist Church. Interment will be at Harrisville Cemetery.\ Mrs. Welch was born in Harrisville a daughter of the late William and Tiny Elizabeth Welch Ward. She was a member of Harrisville Baptist Church.\ She was preceded in death by her husband the late J.D. Welch.\ Survivors include son James Donald (Lindy)Welch of Baton Rouge,LA;\ Daughters Patricia (Johnny) Garrett of Harrisville and Martha Welch of Byram.\ Brothers Everett Ward of Petal and Allen W. Ward of Jackson. Sisters, Eunice Lee of Poplarville, MS and Mary Mitchell of Cross Roads, MS. 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. \
