Margaret Hatten

Annie Margaret Smith Hatten, 75, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2009 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be 12noon -1:00pm Thursday, July 30, 2009 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram followed by graveside service at Lakewood South.\ \ Mrs. Hatten was a native of Meridian, MS and had lived in the Jackson area for 53 years. She was a member of St. Columb's Episcopal Church and Southside Assembly of God. Mrs. Hatten loved gardening and Bridge.\ \ She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Webb Hatten, Sr. and son, Peter Scott Hatten. Survivors include her sons, Neil Hatten of Enterprise and Webb Hatten of Brandon; daughter, Betsy Hatten Shotts of Mendenhall; sister, Helen Denton (Pete) of Suqualena, MS; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.\ \ On line guest book at www.chancellorfuneralhome.com.\
