Mrs. Marsha West Turner

Marsha West Turner, 60, was rewarded her wings in heaven on Sunday, June 15, 2014 in Nashville, TN. Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm Monday, June 23, 2014 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram, MS. The family will receive friends on Monday one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Ms. Turner, native of Jackson, MS, was a resident of Florence, MS for the past 15 years. She was accomplished in her work for over 30 years at Watkins, Ludlam, Winter & Stennis, and most recently Jones, Walker. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Florence, MS. Marsha was a devoted mother, loving caregiver, and great friend to all who knew her. She was strong in Christian faith who loved life, lived life to the fullest, and had a smile that would light up your heart. Survivors include her daughter, Kimberly Shae Shellenberger of Nashville, TN, mother, Alice Brogan West of Jackson, MS, fiancé, John Strickland of Jackson, MS, sister, Debbie West of Gulfport, MS, brother, Stan West and wife Stacy of Starkville, MS, and their children C.W. West and wife Lauren of Memphis, TN, Katie West of Memphis, TN, and Kelli West of Starkville, MS.
