Martha Myers

Mrs. Martha Raye Myers, 67, left her earthly home in Florence on February 6, 2008. Visitation will be Friday, February 8, 4-9 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Services will be at the funeral home chapel, Saturday at 2 p.m. with interment in Briarhill Baptist Church Cemetery.\ \ Mrs. Myers, a lifelong resident of Florence will be remembered by her love for her family and grandchildren. In addition to her love for her grandchildren, she loved traveling and cooking; was an avid Nascar fan and very active in the 4-H Club. She was a member of Florence Church of Christ.\ \ She was preceded in death by her father, Earnest Boteler and sister, Jean Bridges. She is survived by her mother, Pauline Boteler of Florence, husband, Samuel Myers of Florence; son, Steve Myers and wife, Tracy of Houston, TX, daughter, Cassandra Moss and husband, David of Brandon; brother, Vernon Boteler of Florence, sister, June Wilkinson of Yazoo City; grandchildren: Senior Airman (USAF) A.J. Myers of Oklahoma City, OK., Trey Henderson and Rebecca Moss both of Brandon.\
