Mary Bryant

Mrs. Mary Louise Bryant, age 73 - born in Kilmichael, MS and resident of Jackson, MS, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 7, 2011. Visitation will be 5-8pm Friday, July 8, 2011 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be at 1pm Saturday in the funeral home chapel followed by interment at Garden of Memories in Florence.\ She was a member of Crossgates Baptist Church. Mrs. Bryant was a talented seamstress who was able to fix and reupholster anything that had upholstery. She was a devout Christian who loved her family greatly and was a loving and devoted grandmother.\ Her daughter, Benita Louise Knight, preceded her in death. \ Mrs. Bryant is survived by 2 sons: Carey S. Knight, Jr. (Kathy) and William Kent Bryant (Lisa); 4 sisters: Carol Lacey, Ann Herrington, Helen E. Crothers and Frances Boatman; 6 grandchildren: Matthew Knight, Olivia Knight, Andrew Bryant, Gabby Bryant, Mercy Bryant and Kent Bryant, Jr.; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.\
