Mary Jennings

Mrs. Mary V. Jennings, 73 of Pearl, died Friday, January 21, 2011 at Crossgates River Oaks Hospital in Brandon. Visitation is 5-8pm Saturday at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Funeral services are 2pm Sunday at the funeral home with burial following at Garden of Memories.\ \ Born in Washington, DC, Mrs. Jennings had lived most of her life in Rankin County. She was a member of Pearson Baptist Church, a homemaker and loving mother and grandmother who loved life and loved to sing.\ She is survived by her husband, James F. Jennings; sons, Scott (Peggy) Miley, Curt (Annette) Miley and Glen (Gina) George; daughters, Sophia Miley, Susan (Don) Cockroft, and Angela (John) Gossett; stepchildren, Lulu (Brian) Hanna and Jena (Jimmy) White; brother, Stewart Hamilton; sister, Sophia (Bill) Fester; 22 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.\
