Mary McMillian

Mary Nell Reynolds McMillian of Jackson age 77, went home to her Savior Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 8:35am. She was the last member of the late Dewitt and Willie Mae Waldrop Reynolds family, born March 4, 1934 in Brownsville, MS. She has suffered for several years from Alzheimer's disease. Mrs. McMillian was a member of Midway Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by 9 siblings: Bardy Reynolds, Gene Reynolds, Bill Reynolds, Cletus Reynolds, Frank Reynolds, Dorothy Ross, Lela Harrell, Bobby Reynolds and Mickey Reynolds. She is survived by her husband, James W. McMillian, daughter Debbie(Scott)Wharton both of Jackson, and son, Tim(Sheila) McMillian of Mendenhall, along with grandchildren Melissa Wharton Walsh, Chris Wharton, Jessica Wharton, Ashley Wharton, Brad Beyer, Mary McMillian, Marc McMillian ,great grandchildren Ti Beyer, Bre Beyer, Bentley Beyer, Spencer Reed, Tyler and Ryan Walsh, Ian and Olivia Wharton, Mrs. McMillian was a long time housewife, working for several years for Mississippi School Pictures as a touch up printer. Visitation will be 5-8pm Friday, April 8, 2011 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be 11am Saturday in the funeral home chapel with a one hour visitation prior to the service. Interment will follow at Lakewood South.\
