Mrs. Mary Alice Pierce

Mary Alice Pierce,92 , passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at her home in Byram. Visitation will be 5-8pm Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Graveside services will be held at 11am Friday, January 15, 2016 at Lakewood Memorial Park. Mrs. Pierce was born in Tallahatchie County, MS to the late Robert and Mary O’Bryant Smith. A resident of Byram since 1985, Mrs. Pierce retired as cashier at Brent’s Drugs after a number of years of loyal service. She was a faithful member of Church of God of Phrophecy, and a loving mother and grandmother. Survivors include her daughter Patricia Robinson and granddaughter Candace Robinson, both of Byram.
