Mrs. Mary E. Robinson

Mary Emma Robinson, 76, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. A visitation will be Friday, April 14th from 5-8 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. There will be no services. Mrs. Robinson was born in Lafayette Indiana to Virgil and Marjorie Young on July 3, 1940. She has lived in Florence for the past 34 years moving from Mason, OH. She was a member of the Eastern Star and thoroughly enjoyed cooking. She loved her family and was particularly fond of her grandchildren. Mrs. Robinson is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Richard Robinson of Florence; her daughter, Laura Lee Robinson Millis (Donnie) of Pinola, MS; her sons, Lawrence Francis Robinson of Huntingtown, MD, Roland Christopher Robinson (Patricia Beth) of Pearland,TX, and Richard Lee Robinson, Jr. (Lane’e) of Deerfield Beach, FL; 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; and her best buddy, Fritz, her “little dog”.
