Mary Helen Wilson

Mary "Helen" Wilson, 84, of Richland, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2012 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 10th from 5-8 pm and on Wednesday, January 11th from 10 am until the 11 am service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Interment will follow at Richland Cemetery. \ Mrs. Wilson loved to crochet, work in her yard and make potato soup for the sick and homebound. She Co-owned and Operated the Chuc Wagun with her husband in Hinds and Rankin Counties. \ Mrs. Wilson was the widow of John "Bo" Wilson, who preceded her death on August 25, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her Mother and Father, Thelma and Henry Scarbrough; Sister, Maggie Masterman; Brothers, Paul and Mac Scarbrough; and Grandson, Chris Hudson. She is survived by two daughters, Mary Patricia Hudson (Larry), Sally Williams (Edwin C.); Son, Ray Wilson (Patti); Grandchildren, William Scott Wilson (Rachel), Sara Marie Wilson, Jennifer Lynn Hudson, Steven Cale Williams and John Austin "Bo" Williams; great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Marie Hudson and Christopher Wyatt Hudson; and two sisters, Rachael Wallace (A.T.) and Charlotte Lankford (Stuart).\ In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite charity or to the First United Methodist Church Food Pantry.\
