Mrs. Melanie Scanlon Blackstock

Melanie Scanlon Blackstock, 64, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at her home in Terry. Visitation will be 10am until the 11am funeral service, Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Terry Cemetery. Melanie is preceded in death by her father Thomas A. Scanlon; brother Bill Scanlon and husband Charles Blackstock. Survivors include her mother Florence Scanlon of Brandon; daughter Tammy Harvey (Brian) of Terry; her pride and joy, grandson Landon Harvey; brothers Thomas Scanlon of Brandon, John Scanlon of Little Rock, AR, Jim Scanlon of Wiggins and Pete Scanlon of Pearl.
