Melbalene Hunt, 84, passed away Monday, January 9, 2012 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Funeral Services will be held at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence on Friday, January 13, 2012 at 10 am with an hour visitation prior to the service. \ Mrs. Hunt was a life longtime resident of Florence. She was retired with G. I. Associates after 16 years. \ Mrs. Hunt is survived by her husband, Billie Hunt of Florence; daughters, Rita McGee of Brandon, Kathi Schneider of New Orleans, LA, and Debi Giglio of Plano, TX; step-sons, Larry D. Hunt of Manassas, VA, and Bradley A. Hunt of Sykesville, MD; six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.\
