Mrs. Merle Walker Williams

Mrs. Merle Walker Williams died at Covenant Health and Rehab Saturday August 1, 2015. Mrs. Williams was born on October 11, 1920, in Gatesville, Mississippi. She was a resident of Wynndale for the past 75 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Walter C. Williams, and grandson Randy Carter. She is survived by son Larry Williams and wife Ann, daughter Linda Allegrezza and husband Jimmy, daughter Nancy Huff, Son David Williams and Wife Cheri, and Son Marty Williams and wife Cathy. She loved her grandchildren Larry, David, Scott, Todd, Don, Walter, Tracy, Mindy, Walter, Hunter, Jeff, Bill, Sunny, Misty, Will, Gretchen and Stephanie and numerous great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren. Graveside services will be Tuesday, August 4 at Terry Cemetery at 11:30 AM. Merle’s beloved church, Wynndale Presbyterian will hold a celebration of life immediately after the service The family wishes to thank Covenant of Vicksburg for the care given to their mother.
