Mr. Milton Strowd

Eckford Milton Strowd, Jr., 59, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2015 at his home in Jackson. Visitation will be 10am until 11am funeral service Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Daniel Memorial Baptist Church in Jackson. Graveside services will follow at Lakewood South. Mr. Strowd was a lifelong Jackson resident and member of Daniel Memorial Baptist Church. He loved MSU, singing in the choir and going on mission trips. He was a Godly- selfless man, always there to help and he could fix anything. He is preceded in death by his father Eckford Milton Strowd, Sr. Survivors include his wife Terry Strowd of Jackson; mother Betty Strowd of Jackson; daughter Brandy Strowd of Jackson; siblings Jerry Strowd (Johanna) of Jackson, Bonnie Taylor (Bill) of Florence, Connie Blackmon (Ron) of Clinton, Tony Strowd (Wanda) of Brandon, Wendell Strowd of IL and David Strowd of Jackson; sister-in-law Janette Miller of Jackson.
