Mrs. LaPearl "Pearl" Beatrice Quick

Pearl Quick, 93, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at her home in Florence. Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 4th from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence and again at 1:00pm on Thursday, May 5th at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Florence. The funeral service will begin at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Clear Branch Cemetery.
Pearl lived most of her life in Florence where she attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She loved gardening, baking, and sewing. She loved cooking for her family and taking care of them. Her children and grandchildren were the loves of her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Jadie and Alma Brinson; her husband: R.H. Quick; her son: Robert Glynn Quick; and three brothers and one sister. Pearl is survived by her daughter: Anna Quick; sons: William Bill Quick (Cathy) and Leonard Quick (Ranae); granddaughters: Jennifer McDonald (Brian), Brittany Quick (Sergio), Crystal Polk (Jeffery); grandson: Cameron Quick; one great granddaughter and four great grandsons; sister: Helga McDonald; niece/daughter: Sallie Olmstead (Tony); and many nieces and nephews.
