Mrs. Will Richardson Hughes

Mrs. Buddie "Will" Hughes,88, died February 16, 2010 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Visitation will be 5-8pm Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be 11am Friday, February 19, 2010 in the funeral home chapel followed by interment at Lakewood South.\ \ Mrs. Hughes was born in Bailey, MS on June 21, 1921. She was a lifelong resident of Jackson, MS and a long time member of Calvary Baptist Church, Jackson, MS.\ \ She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. "Buddie" Hughes and a son, Ronnie Hughes. She is survived by a son, Dannie Hughes (Kay), Columbus, MS and two granddaughters, Tracy Halbert (Mark), Madison, MS and Tara Berch (Brian) of Brandon, MS and three great grandchildren, Logan Halbert, and Aaron and Anna Katherine Berch. \ \ In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, Jackson, MS 39209.
