Mrs Nancy Yvonne Morgan

Nancy Morgan, 73, passed into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories. Nancy was born October 13, 1947 in Greenwood, MS to the late Brook and Bessell Buford. She married the love of her life, Dudley Morgan in 1967 and together they made Richland their home over 20 years ago. If you knew Nancy, you knew that she never met a stranger and she was always happy. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed going through old family pictures. She was very organized, a great cook, and drank 80 oz of water and walked every day. Along with her parents, Nancy is also preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, James Dudley Morgan; granddaughter, Penney Rayne Morgan; brother, Glen Buford; sisters, Margie Pullen, Betty Taylor, and Jean Eidson. She is survived by her son, Jimmy Morgan (Janine) of Brandon; grandchildren, Hunter (Angel) Castillo of Salt Lake City, UT, J.P. Morgan of Bolton, MS, Ryan Bell of Brandon, MS, and Hunter Bell of Brandon.
