Nancy Lee Thompson

Nancy Lee Thompson passed into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at St. Dominic’s Hospital in Jackson. She was 74 years old. No services are scheduled at this time.

Mrs. Thompson was born June 11, 1948, to the late Kenneth Eugene Thompson and Virginia Thompson in Vandalia, Illinois. She has resided in Florence, MS since 1986 where she was a retired beautician. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially attending her children and grandchildren’s games. She loved her dogs and flowers and gardening, and she enjoyed keeping up with everyone on Facebook.

Along with her father, she is also preceded in death by her sister. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Gene Thompson of Florence; sons, Jason (Erin) Thompson of Puckett and Chris (Shana) Thompson of Florence; grandchildren, Haleigh, Kane, Aiden, Addison, and Brice Thompson; her mother, Virginia Thompson of Florence and brother, Michael Thompson of Florence.
