Mrs. Nellie FLoree "Flo" Tindall Michaels

Nellie Floree (Flo) Tindall Michaels passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022 at the age of 88. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to the hour of Service 11:00 a.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram, MS. Flo had been a resident of South Jackson for more than 35 years and for the last 5 years had lived in Florence, MS with her daughter Brenda. Flo was a military wife for 20 years while her husband served in the Marine Corps. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, always ensuring her kids were taken care of and loved. After her husband passed away, she worked for more than 25 years at Rose's Discount store at McDowell and Terry roads in South Jackson. She is predeceased by her parents, 5 siblings (she is the last one), her husband Samuel S. Michaels, and a son Samuel Dave Michaels. Her living family members are son Ron Michaels (Liz) and daughters Brenda Malley (Henry) and Genia Johnson (Mike) along with 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
