Mrs. Ollie Pharr Williams

Mrs. Ollie Pharr Williams passed into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. She was 83 years old. Mrs. Williams was born March 3, 1938 in Star City, Arkansas to the late Nelson and Addie Pharr. She graduated from Central High School in Jackson and was an active member of Brandon Baptist Church. While in high school, she was a Sunday school for children. She had a long career in retail, working as an associate at Woolworth, Walgreens, McRae’s, and Belk, just to name a few. She was a hard-working lady who loved her family, animals, and the Lord. She enjoyed crafting, buying, selling and refurbishing antiques, and flower gardening. She was a classy lady who also enjoyed camping. Along with her parents, Mrs. Ollie is also preceded in death by her brother, Eddie Pharr. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Bobby Williams of Brandon; son, Rusty Fergeson of the Philippines; daughter, Christy (Kennon) Keys of Richland; and 4 grandchildren, Dustin Robertson, Hunter Robertson, Shane Fergeson, and Misty Strout.
