Olline O'Quin

Olline O'Quin, 70, passed away Monday, February 16, 2009 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be 5-8pm Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be 1:00pm Thursday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Lakewood South.\ \ Mrs. O'Quin was born March 30, 1938 in Tylertown to W.T. and Berlyn Rushing. Having come from Jayess she had lived in the Jackson area since 1969 and was a retired seamstress. She was a member of Country Woods Baptist Church.\ \ Mrs. O'Quin is preceded in death by her husband Gary Lynn O'Quin: parents, W.T. and Berlyn Rushing; son, Greg O'Quin; brother, A.V. Rushing and sister Earline Blackwell. Survivors include her son Gary O'Quin (Melinda) of Byram; daughter, Sherry McLaurin (Gary) of Terry; sisters, Golda Mae Bridges of AL, Delores Barbazon of LA and Pam Culotta of LA; grandchildren, Kristi Reed, Bryan O'Quin, Natalie McLaurin , Evan McLaurin and great grandchild, Maddie Reed and numerous nieces and nephews.\ \ On line register book at www.chancellorfuneralhome.com.\
