Oscar Rainer

Oscar Rainer \ Terry, MS\ \ \ Oscar Rainer, 64, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2011. Visitation will be Monday from 5-8:00 p.m. and an hour prior to the 11:00 a.m. service Tuesday at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Burial will be at Lakewood Memorial Park.\ \ Mr. Rainer was a long time resident of Terry, MS where he was a self-employed construction worker. He was an avid deer hunter and fisherman and was known as a people person who acquired friends wherever he worked. \ \ He was preceded in death by his parents, William Rainer and Velma Monk Hill. Survivors include wife of 42 years, Gail; brothers: Harvey Rainer (Shirley), Jerry Rainer (Sherry), and Bill Hill (Kathy) all of Pelahatchie; sisters: Dottie Ruth Harris of Louin, MS and Dorothy Vinzant of Pelahatchie; and a number of nieces and nephews.\ \ On line guest book available at www.chancellorfuneralhome.com.\ \ \ \
