Mrs. Patricia O'Kelley Roper

Patricia Wynette O’Kelley Roper, 78, passed away Saturday, February 07, 2015 at Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 9am until the 11am memorial service at Central Baptist Church on Terry Road in Byram, Mississippi. Patricia was a lifelong Jackson resident. She loved yard work, flowers and birds. She trained as an x-ray technician. She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Edward Roper; parents, Alton and Irene O’Kelley; brothers, Donald O’Kelley and Randolph O’Kelley; in-laws, Charles A and Marie Roper; brother and sister in laws, Charles A. and Mable Roper, William and Mildred Roper, and Warren and Joann Roper; nephews, Charles Roper III, Warren Roper, Mark Roper and Donnie O’Kelley, She is survived by her daughter, Laurie Roper of Jackson; brother and sister in law, Michael and Joan O’Kelley of Georgia; great nephew, Patrick O’Kelley of Houston; and brother and sister-in-laws, Bob and Helen Roper of Texas, Don and Marilyn Driskel of Brookhaven and Barbara O’Kelley of Georgia.
