Mrs. Patricia Elizabeth Stong

Patricia Elizabeth Stong,73 , died peacefully in her home early Friday morning, December 11, 2015.Visitation will be 5-8pm Monday, December 14, 2015 and 9am until the 10am funeral service Tuesday, December 15, 2015, all at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Terry Cemetery. Mrs. Stong, a lifelong Jackson resident worked for Miller Transporters as an executive secretary, retiring after 35 years of service. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved traveling and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents Richard and Opal Wilson; her daughter Connie Patricia Stong. Survivors include her husband of 39 years Connelly Stong of Jackson; daughter Sheila and Tim Dodge of Florence, son Rick and Robin Graham of Atlanta, daughter Jamie and Marty Clark of Brandon, step daughters Tracy and David Bridges of Jackson and Amy and Ed Hutchinson of Jackson; sisters Barbara Hughes of OK and Rita Davis of Florence; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
