Mrs. Paulette Melinda Crain

Paulette Melinda Crain, 64, went into the presence of the Lord on February 8, 2015. She was born in Hawthorne, NV and has been a resident of Florence since shortly after birth. She was employed by Deposit Guaranty National Bank for many years and worked for 15 years at River Oaks Hospital. Ms. Crain is survived by her husband, James Crain of 45 years and one son Jason Crain of Florence. She is preceded in death by: Father, Guy Morris Harper; Sister, Susan Sanders; Niece, Ashley Sanders; Grandparents, Jim and Mary Byrd; Uncle, Billy Allen Byrd. She is also survived by: Mother, Jeanette Harper; Brother: Dale (Cindy) Barron both of Florence, MS. Visitation will be from 5:00pm – 8:00pm on Tuesday, February 10th at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence, MS. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 11th at 2:00pm at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Florence, MS. Burial followed at Clear Branch Cemetery.
