Pauline Boteler

On March 31, 2009, Pauline Hudson Boteler, 91 fell asleep from her home into the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ and was met at the gates of heaven by her husband of 65 years, Ernest O. Boteler and their three daughters: Jean Bridges, Martha Rae Myers and June Wilkinson. \ \ Visitation will be Thursday, April 2, 2009 5 -8 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Services will be Friday at 11 am at Briar Hill Baptist Church with interment following at Briar Hill Baptist Cemetery.\ \ She is survived by her son, Vernon W. Boteler and his wife, Jackie; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.\ \ Mrs. Boteler was a faithful member of Briar Hill Baptist Church for 75 years where she served as a Sunday school teacher and was a member of the Audrey Webb WMU group, the Sewing Circle, and the M.A.G.I.C.
