Randolph Wilkes Carter, 47, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Baptist Hospital. He was born in Louisville, MS on December 10, 1967. Visitation will be held from 12 until the 2pm Funeral Service on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow in Terry Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his father, Wilkes Carter and step-father, Raymon Huff. He is survived by his mother, Nancy Huff; sons, Matthew Carter and Michael Marsh; grandmother, Merle Williams; brother, Walter Carter; sisters, Tracy Pope and Mindey Freeman.
