Randy Dalton

Randy Dalton, 55, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at the VA Medical Center in Memphis, TN. Visitation will be 5-8pm Friday, September 5, 2008 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram and 10am until the 11am service time Saturday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Lakewood South.\ \ Randy was born May 13, 1953 in Greenwood, MS. He attended Jackson Public Schools and Hinds Community College before joining the U.S. Air Force. He retired as national claims adjuster for the Amvet organization in Washington D.C. He is of the Baptist faith. \ \ Randy is preceded in death by his father A.C. Dalton. Randy leaves behind his longtime companion and caregiver Joyce Moore of Southhaven. His son Jonothan Dalton of Jackson, parents William and Clara Metcalfe of Crystal Springs, his grandmother Lou Dalton of Hazlehurst.
