Mr. Randy Lawrence

Randy Farrell Lawrence,66, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Manhatten Nursing and Rehab Center. Visitation will be Saturday, November 9 beginning at 9:30am until the 11am funeral service at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park. Mr. Lawrence was born in Huntington Park, CA to the late William and Vida Bell Billingsley Lawrence. He lived in Clinton for the past 20 years where he was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. He had graduated from the Jackson Police Academy, worked for the Hinds County Sheriff’s Department and retired for Jackson Police Department. Randy loved law enforcement and wrote the monthly newsletter “Roll Call”. Survivors include his son Benjamin Lawrence of Ridgeland; daughter Kimberly (Beau) Bishop of Madison; brother Tim (Vicki) Lawrence of Montgomery, AL; sister Karla (Ted) Hines of Pahokee, FL and grandson Jack Bishop On line guest book available at www.chancellorfuneralhome.com.
