Mr. Revis Edward Price

Revis Price, 80, passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 in Ridgeland, MS. Visitation will be Saturday, July 24, 2021 from 11:00 a.m.—1:00 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram, MS. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Cedarlawn Cemetery in Jackson, MS. A life-long resident of Jackson, MS, Mr. Price was born on April 28, 1941 to Ben Price and Erma Newman Price in Bolton, MS. He was employed with Hederman Brothers Printing for 57 years. In his spare time, Revis enjoyed hunting, fishing, and tinkering. Most of that time was spent with his loyal companion, Nugget, a golden retriever. He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Barbara Price; infant child, Anne Marie; and brother, Ben David Price. He is survived by his son, Robert (Angelia) Price of Utica; daughters, Connie Price of Jackson and Debbie (Ken) Smith of Utica; sister, Bobbie Rhodes of Brandon; 7 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
