Mr Richard Seal

Richard Douglas Seal, 63, journeyed to Heaven, April 5, 2014 at Hospice Ministries, after a bravely fought battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Funeral services will be 10 am Wednesday April 9, at First Baptist Church of Raymond, with visitation at the church 5-8 pm Tuesday, April 8, and at 8 am preceding the service. Burial will follow in Raymond Cemetery. Richard has a heart for the Lord and faced life strong and full of faith, filled with peace at the thought of meeting Jesus. He was a devoted and loving husband, father and friend, a gift of light in this world, and will be deeply missed. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Raymond, a Gideon and was employed by Entergy of Mississippi. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Seal of Raymond; children Angela and Ricky Watts and grandson Joshua of Jackson; Ricky Seal and grandson Nico of Picayune; Kristen and Jackie Poarch and grandchildren Skye, Jaden and Damon of Flora; stepson Jim Risher and Sara Clark and granddaughter Shelby of Greenwood; stepdaughter Anna Risher of Clinton; and brother Mike and Phyllis Seal of Hattiesburg.
