Mr. Richard Edgar Young

Richard E. Young, 85, passed away Friday, October 25, 2013 in Edwards, MS. Visitation will be Monday, October 28th from 5-8 PM at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. The funeral service will be 2 PM Tuesday, October 29th at Christ Sanctified Holy Church in Terry. Mr. Young moved to the Florence area in 2007 coming from Texas. He is a member of Christ Sanctified Holy Church in Terry, MS and was retired as Sergeant after 20 years of service with the United States Air Force. Mr. Young is survived by his wife, Latricia Young of Florence; step daughters, Mashelle Sawyer of Terry and Jennie Grubbs of Florence; and 7 grandchildren.
