Mr. Ronald "Keith" Myers

Keith Myers, 56 of Florence, passed away Sunday March 9, 2014 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation is Thursday, March 13 from 1-3pm with funeral services at 3:00 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories in Florence. Mr. Myers had lived in Florence since 2004 and was a member of Star Baptist Church. He grew up in Pearl, where he played in the Pearl Pirate Band. Keith had worked at Mississippi Department of Health in the information technology department and was a welder, iron, wood craftsman and worked on commercial smokers. He enjoyed cooking and working on computers and loved to laugh. He is preceded in death by his mother Carolyn Myers, his brother Fredrick “Ricky” Myers, Jr. and his sister, Nancy Stewart Myers He is survived by his wife Billie Myers, of Florence; his son Zach Myers of Florence; daughter, Shaunna Myers of Pearl and father, Fredrick Myers of Florence.
