Ronnie Eugene Lewis went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, in Whitfield, MS. He was 71 years old.

Ronnie was born on August 28, 1952, to George Lewis and Bonnie Strong in Jackson, MS. Ronnie loved bass fishing. He even made the newspaper for catching a record bass. Ronnie also loved NASCAR. He was a huge Dale Earnhardt and Earnhardt Jr. fan. Ronnie loved his family and spending time with them. He also enjoyed playing poker games, cooking out, going to deer camp, swimming, and of course bass fishing. Just all-around family time. He will truly be missed.

Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents, George Lewis and Bonnie Davidson, sisters, Patricia Ann Lewis and Linda Williams, brother, Ronnie Lee Huff and grandson, Fletcher Hayes Sullivan. He is survived by his daughters, Kimbra Bass (Chad) of Brandon, and Ronica Sullivan (Gage) of Florence; stepmother, Ludie Faye Lewis of Richland; siblings, Jeffrey Lewis of Florence, Phillip Huff (Debbie) of Florence, Sandy Trust of Ludlow, MS, Billy Lewis of FL, and Peggy Miles (Glenn) of Hernando, MS; grandchildren, Hunter and Rylee Bass, and Beckham Sullivan.
