Rosa Alicia Singleton, 60, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2009 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland.\ \ Mrs. Singleton was born in Aguascalintes, Mexico on July 21, 1949. She worked in Quality Control for Constar International and was a parishioner at St. Peters' Catholic Church.\ \ Survivors include her son, Maryland Singleton III; brothers, Fillie Serrano, Alfreado Serrano, David Serrano, Jauan Serrano, Jorhay Serrano; sisters, Cuaca Serrano, Chuye Serrano and Eadana Serrano; and one grandchild. \
