Ross Hutchinson

Mr. Ross Hutchinson passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson.  Mr. Ross was 89 years old and a resident at the Jackson Veteran’s Home.  He was born October 15, 1933, in Darlove, MS.  He owned Video Electronics in Jackson, MS for 32 years.  He was a member of Wynndale Baptist Church in Terry, MS and a former member of Oak Forest Baptist Church in Jackson, MS.  He was an Air Force veteran.

Mr. Ross is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Betty Hutchinson.

He is survived by his son, Gary Hutchinson (Tammy); daughter, Gail Alexander (John); three grandsons, Jarrod Hutchinson (Anne), Jacob Hutchinson (Kimberly), and Jeffrey Alexander (Natalia); and one granddaughter, Julie Stacy (Kevin).  Along with those left behind to cherish his memory are seven great grandchildren, Kaylee Hutchinson, Matthew Hutchinson, Aaden George, Lee Hutchinson, Avery Stacy, Audrey Stacy, and Alexandria Stacy; and three sisters, Peggy Kuykendall, Arlene Cunningham, and Beverly Mayfield.

A graveside service will be held Monday, May 15, 2023, at 2:00 pm, at Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson, MS.
