Ruth Lawrence

Ruth Pope Lawrence, age 86, died Thursday, July 21 at St. Dominics Hospital in Jackson. Following cremation, services will be private.\ \ Mrs. Lawrence was born in Louisville, MS, a daughter of the late S. G. and Mae Mize Pope. She was a registered nurse before retiring. She loved to spend time with her family and also enjoyed traveling, playing bridge and doing crossword puzzles.\ \ Survivors include her Son, Dr. Stewart Lawrence of Waikola, HI, Daughter, Sarah Lynn Lawrence of Reno, NV, sisters, Betty Pope Brock of McComb and Ann Pope Wilson of Dallas, TX and 3 grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew and Amanda Lawrence.\
