Mrs. Sara Ann Ward

Sara Ann Ward, 54, life long resident of Jackson, passed away August 11, 2018 after a strong fight with cancer. Funeral Services will be 11am Tuesday August 14, 2018 with visitation from 9-11am Tuesday prior to the service. Burial will follow at Rosemont Gardens. Sara enjoyed camping, fishing, collecting unique items and mostly spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her son, Brad Garrard (Jessica); her sister, Gayla Berry (Billy); her brother Mike Daigle; 4 beautiful granddaughters Bailee, Maycee, Londyn and Riley. Sara is preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Myrtle Smith of Poplarville, her sisters, Vivian Barrett and Sherri Johnson, her brother, Fred Smith and her precious son, Kevin Garrard. She had several nieces and nephews that loved and adored Aunt Sara and she loved them even more. She had lots of caring and loving friends old and new. The family would like to say a special “Thank You” to Janie Yelverton and Patsy Holiday.
