Sarah Louise Dendy

Sarah Louise Dendy, 80, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013 at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be 5-8pm Tuesday, February 26 with a prayer service at 7:30pm at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram and 12noon until the 1pm funeral service Wednesday, February 27 at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Clinton. Interment will follow at Lakewood South.\ \ Mrs. Dendy was born in Houston, MS and lived in Clinton since 1969. She retired from MS Employment Security Commission as Department Supervisor. Mrs. Dendy enjoyed getting together with friends, playing cards, traveling, and she was a member of the Red Hat Society and parishioner of Holy Savior Catholic Church.\ \ She is preceded in death by her husband Scott Dendy and daughter Linda Watts.\ \ Survivors include her son Glenn (Glenda) Dendy of Jackson; brother Jim Westbrook of Vicksburg; sister Dorothy Santamoor of Corpus Christi, TX; grandchildren Kevin Hemphill, Andrew Watts (Jessica), Michael Dendy and Allison Dendy.\ \ On line guest book available at www.chancellorfuneralhome.com.\
