Sarah Ruth Boone

Miss Sarah Ruth Boone, 60, passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be 4-8pm Thursday, January 15, 2009 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be 10am Friday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Terry Cemetery.\ \ Mrs. Boone was born February 27, 1948 in McComb to Roy and Ruth Boone. She moved to Jackson and started with MS Drug Co, which became Chapman Drugs and is now Cardinal Health. She was in the pharmaceutical business for over 40 years. Miss Boone was instigator and engineer of B&W Lines in Terry which is visited at Christmas by people from all over. She was a member of McComb Church of Christ.\ \ She is preceded in death by her parents Roy & Ruth Boone and brothers, Tommy and Roy E. Boone.
