Mrs. Shelia Sanders

Shelia Fern Sanders, 60, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM Wednesday, February 17th and from 10 AM until the 11 AM Funeral Service Thursday, February 18th at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories. Mrs. Sanders was a member of W.O.W. Church in Pearl and was the Manager of the Richland High School Cafeteria. She loved to camp. She had an infectious smile and laughter that brought joy to all she met. She loved her family and her grandchildren were her world. Mrs. Sanders is survived by her husband of 41 years, Roger of Richland; sons, Roger (Jennifer) Sanders, Jr. of Florence, and Randall (Courtney) Sanders of Pearl; grandchildren, Noah, Sarah and Lyle Sanders; mother and step-father, Elsie Mae and Bill Haimes; mother-in-law, Dorothy Sanders of Florence; brothers, Robert “Bobby” (Elsie) Wall, Jr. of Florence, Michael Wall of Florence, and David Wall of Florence; sisters, Cathy (Horton) Sanders of Collins and Dianne (Darrell) Speed of Collins; her 2 fur babies, Sandie and China; and other extended family including “The Sanders Clan” and a host of friends.
