Mrs. Sherry Daigle Johnson

Sherry Fern Daigle Johnson, 73, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016 at her home in St. Johns, Florida. Visitation will be 10:00am until the 11:00am funeral service Friday, May 20, 2016, at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Interment will follow at Rosemont Gardens in Jackson. Sherry was born in Pearl River County, MS to the late Warren and Myrtle Netto Daigle. She lived the past 18 years in Florida, having come from Joliet, IL, where she had lived for 20 years. Sherry worked as office manager for Mandarin Tool & Die. She enjoyed reading, Nascar, working in her flower beds and was of the Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert “Bob” Johnson; brother Fred Smith and sister Vivian Barrett. Survivors include her sons, Mike (Sharon) Brown and Rusty (Tammie) Brown, all of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Mike (Diane) Daigle of Crossroads, MS; sisters, Gayla (Billy) Berry of Madison, MS and Sara Ward of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Crystal and Morgan Brown; and her beloved dog Max.
