Shirley Smith

Shirley Cooper Smith, 75, went to be with the Lord Sunday, March 18, 2012 from her home in Byram. Visitation will be 6-8:30pm Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will be 11am Wednesday, March 21 at First Pentecostal Church in Jackson. Interment will follow at Lakewood South.\ Mrs. Smith was born in Plainview, TX , to the late Abner and Ruth Seals Cooper. She and her husband were owners of Smith's Automatic Transmission and she served as church organist at First Pentecostal Church for many years.\ She is preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Smith.\ Survivors include her son Michael (Deana) Smith; daughter Pam (Tony) Roberts; grandchildren, Anthony Roberts, Justin Smith, Andrew Roberts Benjamin Smith, Caleb Smith, and Olivia Roberts; great grandchild Lyam Roberts and sister Lula Cooper Madsen.\ On line guest book available at www.chancellorfuneralhome.com.\
