Shirley Jean Watson, 72, of Jackson, died Monday, November 19, 2012 at Baptist Medical Center. A memorial service will be held on November 24, 2012 at Florence Cemetery at 11 AM. Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence are handling the arrangements. \ Shirley was born on December 14, 1939 in Canton, MS to Thomas Joseph Ward and Martha Hunter. She is the mother of 5 children; Willie Clyde Watson, Jr., Belinda Jean Burch, Sharon Kay Durham, Stella Louise Parsons, and Stephanie Lynn Boyte. She leaves behind 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, a beloved pet, "Teddy"; a best friend, Joann Bass; and several other great friends. \
