Sidney "Buster" Odom, Jr

Sidney Earl “Buster” Odom, Jr. passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at his home in Richland. He was 65 years old. Sidney was born April 24, 1957, in Jackson, MS to the late Sidney Earl, Sr and Liddell Bridgers Odom. He loved his family, especially his God Grandchild/ nephew, Jace. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and talking. Buster rarely ever met a stranger.

Buster is survived by his wife of 28 years, Lawanda Odom of Richland; sisters, Kathleen Williams of Richland and Rebecca (Dale) Porter of Richland; and several nieces and nephews as well as his God grandchild, Jace Odom.

Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence is assisting the family with arrangements. No services are scheduled at this time.
