Mr. Simon Peter Eldridge

Simon Peter Eldridge, 78, passed away Friday, February 8, 2019 in Harrisville. No services are scheduled at this time. Mr. Eldridge was born November 27, 1940 to Peter and Georgia Eldridge in Florida. He lived most of his life in Flora, MS and was a retired millworker and member of Lakeshore Baptist Church. He enjoyed being outside working and fishing. Mr. Eldridge is preceded in death by his daughter, Sam Eldridge; sisters, Susan Palmer, Katie Blackman, and Lula Mae Clark; and one brother, Jim Coley. He is survived by his son, Lee Eldridge; grandchildren, Georgia Eldridge and Timothy Bateman; brothers, Mike Eldridge of PA and Spencer Coley of FL; nieces, Jean Nixon and Frances Bateman; nephews, Lloyd Terry and Ben Eldridge; great nieces, Gidget Terry and Jessica Moore; and great nephews, Joseph Doy and Shane Terry.
