Sue Nell Kelly

Sue N. Kelly, of Tickfaw, LA  passed away Friday, May 31, at her residence.  She was a previous resident of Byram, MS for many years where she resided with the love of her life, James Kelly.

 Services will be conducted by Pastor Danny Berry at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram on Thursday, June 6.  Visitation will be from 1-2 pm with services beginning at 2 and internment to follow at Palestine Cemetery.  Serving as Pallbearers will be:  Terry Harrison, Seth Foster, Nick Harrison, Joey Crain, Bubba Harrison, and Albert Sanders.

 She worked many years and retired from General Electric in Jackson, MS.  She was a devoted Mother and Nana and enjoyed spending time with her family.

 She was born Feb. 16, 1936 to Ernest and Velma Ashley Welch.  Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Kelly; and a sister, Audrey Gregory and 2 brothers, Shelton and Leon Welch.

 She is survived by her daughter Pam (Terry) Harrison of Tickfaw, LA, Granddaughters Ashley Martin of Hammond, LA and Casey (Seth) Foster of Albany, LA, Great-granddaughter Rylee Foster and Great-grandson, Kole Foster, and many nieces and nephews.

 She also leaves behind her 2 very loved fur-babies, Piper and Pippa.
