Mr. Theron "Kenneth" Bryant Jr.

Theron Kenneth Bryant, Jr., 73, passed into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 18th from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home and Friday April 19th from 9:00 a.m. until the 10:00 a.m. funeral service in the Chapel of Chancellor Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories in Florence. Kenneth was born July 2, 1945 in Houston, MS to the late Theron and Eula Vera Ware Bryant. He was a member of Briar Hill Baptist Church and retired from UPS after 30 years as a driver. He enjoyed tinkering with cars, loved his dogs and fishing. His family remembers him as the best husband, daddy, grandfather and great grandfather. Along with his parents, Mr. Bryant is also preceded in death by his great grandson, Anthony Lopez. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Pat Bryant of Florence; son, Charles Bryant of Florence; daughters, Cecilia Hill of Florence, Dedra (Billy Joe) Walker of Mendenhall; grandchildren, Brandon Mixon, Christopher Walker, Casey Walker, Amanda Hill, Christopher Sterling; and great grandchildren, Miranda Mixon, Alex Mixon, Mikaleigh Hill and Hunter Phillips.
